We provide a change of mind policy on all items purchased from Huntsman & Co. Adhering to the guidelines set by the Fair Trading Act in Australia. 

The following conditions apply: 

- Items must be returned as purchased new, in original sealed and undamaged packaging. No exchanges or refunds will be authorised if items have been used, packaging opened or damaged. 

- Items must be returned within 30days from date of receiving the item, with the original  receipt of purchase. 

- Sale or Clearance items are considered final and non returnable unless faulty. 

Any costs incurred by the customer to return the product to Huntsman & Co will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon it arriving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us at hello@huntsmanandco.com.au with images and a description of the issue with the item and we will get in touch with the supplier to sort a solution.

Warranty – all product warranties are manufacturer’s warranties. Manufactures are entitled to attempt to repair a product before offering a refund, credit or exchange. (Product assessments are required to determine the appropriate means of action for each individual item.) Warranty periods do vary for each products and this period commences from the date of purchase.
