You've done the hunting... now its up to us to get your gift to the right location!

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of the order being placed. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a dispatch notice and tracking number. Majority of orders will be shipped via Australia Post, unless item is extremely heavy, we will then source an appropriate shipping provider. 

When orders have been collected from HQ, please keep in mind that Huntsman & Co can't be held accountable for any items lost in transit. Nor responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. You will be able to follow your parcel via the tracking number. If you do have any problems with delivery, or any questions about the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post directly on 13 76 78.

If your order is redirected back to Huntsman & Co HQ, we will then get in touch with you to sort re delivery. Be aware that re delivery will be at your expense. Please make sure all addresses are entered correctly when checking out to ensure correct delivery. 

 If your order arrives damaged please get in touch with us ASAP so we can sort a resolution. Email the details along with images of the damaged goods and packaging to

Due to the current pandemic Australia post is experiencing higher than usual demand. Therefore parcels may take a few days longer than expected to arrive. Please follow the tracking number you will be sent, or download the Australia Post  App to track the parcel along the way.
